• Oversee and manage operations and programming in five American Job Centers and two Express Centers that provide services to more than 50,000 job seeking customers a year. • Drive system continuous improvement initiatives following lean methodologies such as value stream mapping and Plan-Do-Check-Act. • Manage a team of six Senior Project Managers who oversee multiple contracts and diverse workforce development programs delivered through the public workforce system. • Manage Worksystems’ SNAP Training and Employment Program (STEP) grant with DHS to provide workforce development services to SNAP recipients. Grew program from earning $400,000 a year in Federal matching funds to $1.7 million in Federal match projected for FFY2020.• Annual development and management of a $25-$30 million dollar budget in coordination with organization leadership and fiscal staff.• Ongoing relationship development and management with key stakeholders including the business community, local and State government, economic development, Oregon Employment Department, Department of Human Services, Community Based Organizations, and educators including K12.• Report and present program outcomes to funders, board members and other stakeholders

Worksystems, Inc. is a non-profit organization that pursues and invests resources to improve the quality of the workforce in the City of Portland, Multnomah and Washington Counties. As a project manager on Worksystems' Business Services unit I provide workforce consulting services to area manufacturers. I help connect industry to the human capital they need to succeed, resources to train and enhance the skills of their workforce, and succession planning strategies. I work closely with the region's economic development entities, educators, industry associations and the public workforce system to develop and implement strategies to address regional workforce challenges. I manage multiple projects related to federal, state and local employment and training grants. Responsible for grant management from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close out.I have also been involved in the coordination and development of several successful federal grant applications to include grant analysis, partner identification, concept development, data collection, grant writing/editing and submittal.

PCC is the largest post-secondary institution in Oregon, serving nearly 90,000 full-time and part-time students.While in the workforce development department I provided career counseling services to non-native English job seekers. I helped individuals explore career options and the necessary training to achieve their employment goals. Work matters and I enjoyed seeing the positive impacts of a job on people and communities.
