I am a graduate from Kinnaird College for Women with a degree in Applied Psychology. I am passionate about mental health care, organizational psychology, and research, and I am actively seeking opportunities in these fields. My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in counseling, human behavior, workplace dynamics, and empirical research methods. During my studies, I conducted research on "Self Compassion, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Commitment among Nurses" which has honed my analytical and methodological skills.
