I'm a Senior Analyst at the Future Design School which is a global education advisory firm serving leaders, schools (+school districts), and organizations across 65+ countries in transforming education, through emphasis on building skills for future readiness.I'm a former senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I served public sector leaders across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As a Knowledge Analyst, I also led analysis and built proprietary assets to support the delivery of high-quality and impactful solutions for complex challenges in education and human capital development.My passion for education stems from my previous leadership roles as a teacher, an ed-tech project manager, and a writer. I have taught at a Pakistani public school as a Teach For Pakistan Fellow, managed and built multiple large-scale tech-enabled learning interventions for low-income students as a Project Manager at various organizations in Pakistan, and have contributed to various academic publications on innovative practices in education during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as regularly written Op-Eds for The News International and the Tribune. I hold a Master's in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's in Economics and Political Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
