I'm part of the Human Capital Management & Development Team at MAHSA University. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at MAHSA University, where I previously earned a Diploma in Business Administration and completed an internship in Business Development.My core competencies include preparing and analyzing reports, manpower sourcing, posting job advertisements, making offers, preparing contracts & Performance Management. I also oversee the recruitment process for Business Development positions across our group of companies.Additionally, I build and maintain relationships with our staff & the public and manage strategic communication processes between various parties through HRComm.
