CMS is a contract manufacturing platform that aims to serve retail and I&I (industrial & institutional) customers with a nationwide footprint of diverse packaging capabilities and agile project management. At CMS, I am responsible for informing and directing corporate strategy, building and maintaining an acquisition pipeline, and supporting tactical execution of key operational initiatives. I also maintain lender relationships and drive key financial decisions related to financial performance, reporting, leverage and compliance.

- Primary responsibilities include portfolio company coverage and financial due diligence. Support principals with sourcing and underwriting new platform acquisitions, including leading financial / operational due diligence- Observe Board meetings on 3 out of 4 portfolio companies. Actively contribute to and / or direct BoD agenda and decks

- Co-lead industry analysis and strategic business model pivot for a portfolio company in the consumer lending industry- Lead operational and financial due diligence on a merger of an industrial products re-manufacturing business- Built financial reporting systems, financial model, and monthly sales pipeline package for a portfolio company in the fleet telematics industry

SureCam aims to provide small and medium service fleets instant access to video evidence of incidents and accidents with robust tracking, affordably and reliably.Fleets of all sizes need access to simple tracking & instantaneous video evidence to "complete the picture" surrounding any incident or accident. Most video telematics solutions are built to provide an extensive list of features at a hefty price tag, making them unaffordable for smaller fleets with fewer managerial resources. SureCam aims to fill this gap.My focus in SureCam has been to transition the company from "growth" to "scale". Some specific areas that I particularly focus on are:- Architected an organizational design that delivers cost innovation & speed of service to busy and cost conscious customers.- Built a cohesive set of interconnected systems (including sales enablement & fulfilment, customer UI, automated billing, recurring payment processing, customer support and success, contracts and internal policies).- Driving adoption of enterprise-wide BI & operational KPI reporting to hold managers accountable- Delivered multiple rounds of corporate financing to support hardware centric business model - Set up a Global Treasury function to manage cash needs of 3 global business units (US / UK / Germany)
