Current• Provide analytical support to APJ (the Asia Pacific and Japan) Personal System Service business unit through leveraging multiple ERP systems and data warehouses for examining business metrics such as sales, cost, gross margin, competition benchmark, and others. • Producing actionable and compelling recommendations through an interactive dashboard (Power BI and Excel) for interpreting, exploring, identifying trends, and communicating insights discovered from complex datasets. • Interacts with business partners to understand business strategy, and problem areas and influences decision making based on information based on deep-dive analysis. • Liaise with top management for market validation budget process, benchmarking analysis relevant to Go to Market areas using continuous process improvement techniques to consistently determine ways to improve the current process. • Indulge in providing information on Sell Thru, Enterprise and RTM Sell Thru for Supplies and Hardware that is used by Print Business Management for taking strategic decisions • Contribute to publishing information based on Product Cost and ASP • Worked on HP Business projects which involves all angles of HP Print Finance – more specifically Pricing / Revenue / Margin and IFS2• Collaborated with Country Category and SEA Finance to develop a sophisticated solution to help MDM in financial planning and demand shaping of Revenue and Partner Margin based on the in-country Contra Programs and T2/T3 buy price information
