Led the efforts in shaping Target’s digital business growth beginning from ecommerce strategy and roadmap phase, towards driving the delivery and future state for Target’s multi-channel organization spanning across Technology and business over the course of 5 years. 1) 2009-2011: Delivered in 18 months, $80 million Target.com re-platforming built using IBM WCS, Endeca & Oracle with 400+ strong engineering & testing offshore team leveraging an Agile-based methodology. I was responsible for delivery of complete Target.com eStore (Product, Browse, Search, Checkout, Guest Contact, Item, and Ratings & Reviews) and business tools for Site Management & Content Management System. Managed the delivery, Quality, Scope, Process, financials with team members across creative, business consultants, engineering and QA2) 2012-2013: Led the efforts for Performance engineering of Target.com and brought the site performance within top 5 US retailers in 6 months with tuning efforts spread across Infrastructure, business processes and engineering. Also redefined the Site Management processes for Content Marketing bringing the end to end content creation and delivery process from 17 to 4 weeks. 3) 2012-13: Co-led with the client partner to develop and sell the business case, roadmap and a program team structure for its famous Cartwheel App. 4) 2013: Developed the Content Management strategy, platform selection, business case and roadmap efforts, and then design and development of the strategy using new CMS platform and associated business process redesign.5) 2014: Led the strategy, design and delivery of Target’s Gift registry re-invention and Kids Holiday wish list app (gaming and ecommerce) built across iOS and Android platforms
