• Troubleshooting and Maintenance for end to end mobility part for Vodafone India pvt ltd.• Troubleshooting of core MPLS cloud of Vodafone Network and closure of trouble tickets related to them.• White-listing of customers IPs and private APNS.• Support to Project Team in implementation of new nodes.• Carrying out Planned event which involves bandwidth augmentation , node upgradation etc.• Working on Routing Protocols. such as OSPF, BGP etc.• Working on Juniper(MX 960,M320) Redback (SE 600 ,SE1200), Cisco routers (7600 series) switches (Extreme,Cisco4200 series) and Firewall ( SRX-5800, Netscreen)• Providing end to end VPN connectivity to the end customers.• Health Check for all the MPBN nodes on regular basis for preventive maintenance.• Coordinating with circle team for O&M support whenever required.• Providing systematic and immediate resolution for customer-visible disruptions and proactive measures to improve the network performance / infrastructure.

• Provided second level support to ensure 99.99% of the network availability to minimize network outage.• Troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of MPBN network.• Understanding of context/Instance base routing. Link aggregation and port bindings. • Worked on Juniper and Red back (Smart edge) SE-1200, SE-800, SE-600 routers, Cisco Routers ASR9k, and Cisco switches. Extreme switches (Alpine-3802, 3804, 3808.black diamond-8806/8810 and summit series – X450a-48t/ X460-48t / X460a-48t ), Juniper / Net screen, SRX Firewall (SSG-520M, isg1000 ,SRX5800). • Providing support to 1st Level Assurance and field engineers.• Closer of trouble tickets, escalations and notifications as per defined SLA.• Health Check for all the MPBN nodes on regular basis for preventive maintenance.
