I am a second-year Agribusiness student at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, driven by a strong interest in agriculture, food systems, and sustainable business practices. My academic foundation in economics, food science, and agribusiness has provided me with valuable insights into the dynamics of the agricultural sector.During my time at the International College of Manitoba (ICM), I took on leadership roles as a Peer Advising Leader, where I planned and executed student events, provided academic advising, and managed student engagement platforms. These roles helped me develop critical skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, earning recognition through the Community Engagement Scholarship and Leadership Appreciation Award.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained over a year of practical experience as a Natural Foods Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore, where I manage inventory, assist customers, and strengthen my product knowledge. This role has further enhanced my customer service, organizational, and communication skills.I look forward to applying my academic background and practical experience in agriculture and agribusiness management, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
