As a HR Advisor, my basic job would include handling the issues and concerns of the employees with the following mentioned areas.Payroll Management:• Manage employee queries related payslip query, Income tax calculation, Take Home explanation, Earning and deduction components, Perquisite calculation, Form 16 SummaryHRMS and Separation and exit process:• Working on R3 SAP-HR (HRMS) for checking and maintaining the employee records thoroughly • Assisting the employees on newly launched SAP Portal also helping them in troubleshooting the technical issues to certain extent.• Assist employees on Centralized Organization Management Group-transfers/moves. • Manage employee queries on leave policy, off-boarding policy, exit formalities and process.Expense reimbursement/Employee payables:• Handling employee queries on business related travel policy, relocation transfer policy, and assist new joiners with claims and policy procedure.• Analyzing the employee need and requirement and providing the suitable solution. To resolve concerns• Ensure Active closure of employee requests within the TAT/ SLA.• Helping my fellow colleagues to understand and educate them the process to an extent of my knowledge.
