As a General Manager in Landmark Group, I head the Store Design team towards designing and execution of Max retail stores across India. My role involves handling a roll out of 100+ stores per year which includes mall and standalone properties, development of new concept for upcoming stores, standardization of details and complete facelift of existing stores. I am responsible for leading a team of 20 architects and civil engineers towards development of the concept design, layout, quality check and execution which includes vendor management, boq, fixture development and order meeting strict headlines.

• Heading the design studio with a team of 7 architects.• Standardization of concept- Presentations, 3D mock up, layout planning, roll out of construction drawing set in a strict timeline of 20 days.• Development of new concept and constant up gradation of store look and feel.• Development of new fixtures and in-store graphic elements in liaison with Branding and Buying team• Responsible for the overall design, roll out and coordination for civil work, interiors and quality of fixtures.• Quality check of construction drawings of all territories, prior to issue for construction to contractors. • Approval of section allocations, Space planning, finalising fixture layouts and prototype development for new designs and fixtures.Completed Projects: Max store at Grand Mall, Muscat, Doha Festival City, Qatar, Mall Of Egypt, Mall Of Qatar.
