As a Senior Product Manager at Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), I lead the development and launch of innovative and user-centric products that enhance the learning experience and outcomes of millions of students across India. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to identify their needs, pain points, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable product features and solutions. My journey at AESL began with building a test platform from scratch. Following this success, I took on the challenge of leading the growth charter for student admissions, applying data-driven strategies to substantially increase conversion rates and contribute to the organisation's bottom line.I leverage my MBA degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, to combine business acumen, technical skills, and data analytics to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. I have over seven years of experience in product and tech roles, including two years as a Product Manager at Airtel Business, where I successfully launched new products, implemented growth strategies, and increased customer retention and satisfaction.
