I'm the head of JS Visionaries India, and I take care of everything that happens here, from making our products to selling them and getting the word out. My job is to make sure we make our products in the best way possible, come up with smart plans to tell people about them, and lead our team to sell more. I work hard to make sure our company keeps getting better and stays ahead in the business world. I also have a big goal: I want JS Visionaries India to grow into a big company that doesn't just make consumer goods but also gets involved in different areas like Education, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Community Services, and much more. I'm focused on guiding our company to expand and succeed in these fields too.

As a Web Developer at CHIP India NGO, I had the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain a responsive WordPress website for their Nagpur unit. My responsibilities included customizing themes, creating custom plugins, optimizing the website for search engines, and ensuring its security. This was a voluntary project as I offered my services to the NGO free of charge, driven by my passion for web development and the organization's cause. Despite enjoying a positive experience during the website development, I had a challenging ending with the organization, feeling taken advantage of. Despite the unfortunate experience, I remain proud of my contributions to the NGO's growth and their mission to make a positive impact in the community.

I had the privilege of directly assisting the Deputy Commissioner of Police. In this role, I played a crucial part in various aspects of cybercrime investigations and initiatives. Working closely with the Deputy Commissioner, I contributed my expertise in cybersecurity and assisted in handling complex cases related to cybercrime. Additionally, I actively participated in organizing and executing cybercrime awareness initiatives and campaigns to educate the public about online security and safe practices. Assisting the Deputy Commissioner of Police provided me with valuable insights into the field of law enforcement and cybersecurity, and it was immensely fulfilling to be part of efforts to ensure a safer digital environment for the community.

As a Cybersecurity Researcher at CyberAce India Ltd., my role involved conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), curating course syllabi related to cyber security and cybercrime investigations, and conducting extensive research. Collaborating with a team of experts, I contributed to creating comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and assisting in incident response efforts, ensuring our clients' digital assets were well-protected against evolving threats. Working at CyberAce India provided a valuable opportunity to deepen my expertise in cybersecurity and contribute to making the digital landscape safer for businesses globally.

During my work experience with Neuralix, I had the privilege of being part of an extraordinary open-source community with a mission to democratize Brain Machine Interface technology. As COO, I led and managed various aspects of the business, from recruitment and marketing to quality management and R&D. I took pride in transforming Nikhil Kashyap's brilliant idea into a reality by spearheading the building of Neuralix's flagship product, 'Neuronify Pro,' an open-source development board that enables machine-brain interfacing and opens up new possibilities for exciting bio-signal projects.Working tirelessly day and night alongside the dedicated team, we brought 'Neuronify Pro' to life, making it accessible to students and tinkerers, thus amplifying the impact of Brain Machine Interface in the maker community. My experience at Neuralix allowed me to leverage my entrepreneurial expertise and turn an idea into a thriving organization. Together, we built not only a product but also a strong and vibrant community centered around innovation and collaboration. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this transformative journey, and I am excited to see Neuralix continue to drive progress and accessibility in this cutting-edge field.
