**TOOLS DESIGN**Participate / Conduct the review for Contr ol Plan and Sop after every quaterInvolvement in Initial Batches for Freezing the Facility & Requirements.Study of Improvement idea, Product quality report, new product development & DIR change tooling requirement.Product, Assembly drawing study & Preparation of dimension matrix.Design of new tool – Concept, Discuss the concept with customer, drawing with GD & T, Check.Preparation of manufacturing drawings & allot Tool Number as per work instruction.Handover drawings to supplier for Quotation.Preparation of costing of tool.Receipt of quotation & comparison of supplier quotation with costing.Selection, negotiation & Purchase order to supplier.Interaction with supplier for any change in tool drawings.Receipt of tool from supplier & Handover the tool to quality for Inspection.Trial & Prove out of tool on assembly line.After successful trials handover hard tool to production.After successful trials handover hard tool to maintenance with tool drawing.Updation of tooling Master list.Conducting Tool audit with CFT member for tool standardization.Improvement like Kaizen, Pokoyoke Implementation & standardization.Preparation of Tool trial report, Test results, appearance approval report for TS documentation **CAPITAL BUDGET PLANNING & COORDINATION**Prepare the capital budget requirement.Study and Prepare justification for each item.Req. plan, PO plan, Cash flow Plan & Capitalization plan.Review with Capex details with justification explanation for each item.Prepare the secondary proposal and update the PO, Req.,Prepare the budget head for each item.Inform Corporate through Capex Secretary for releasing the Budget.Monitor the Budget and follow the submitted plan.
