This aids the collection efficiency during the Covid- 19.2. Negotiated the service fee for payment channels 45% lower than initial pricing. 3. Resource person that conducted webinar for the SHFC payments efficiency project4. Initiated and help develop the system functionality requirements for Cash Management System that helps the efficiency of Cash Management Division.

Responsible for consolidating all Cash Transactions and monitoring corporate fund balances through the preparation of the Daily Cash Position Report.Reconciles Cash Balances per Cash Position Report with Treasury Cash Books and makes necessary ticket adjustments and corrections on the books/ report whenever necessary. Prepares reports about disbursed corporate funds. Oversees issuances of checks following schedules and daily cash position reports and maintenance of the corporate funds. Oversees the maintenance of accurate records to extract data/ information as to the actual inventory of unpaid vouchers on hand. Responsible for maintenance and operation of the corporate revolving fund- Petty Cash Fund following corporate guidelines. Ensures that all cash advances to the fund are liquidated properly. Responsible for the replenishment of PCF and ensuring that there is always available cash on hand for disbursement.Monitors unreleased checks and prepares a monthly report of outstanding checks.
