MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Participation in the development and implementation of The Pirbright Institute Asset Care program (PPM) including Condition Based Monitoring and testing duties in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements.- Providing technical support to a small to medium size M&E Projects Team including supporting the design, installation, commissioning and validation of new assets.- Condition Based Monitoring and control of plant and equipment using Building Management Systems (TREND/Schneider/Johnson Controls) including monitoring and responding to critical and secondary monitoring system alarms for high containment systems including HVAC, effluent, small power electrical distribution systems, control systems, voice and data systems, alarm systems and refrigeration.
