Joined the Medtroinic SPC IT Team as a Business Analyst for a major SPC project across 25 sites in North America.This project involved liasing with the site to gather requirements, including the data that they were using to calculate scrap, yield and process performance. We then worked with the Snowflake teams to collate this data into an overall standardised solution that could monitor these sites and show detailed information on each of them.My role in this project included mapping the data across various ERP systems, including SPACE, QAD, IQS and SAP. I also performed data validations on the Snowflake data sets to ensure no errors.

Following my graduation from the Aptiv IT Leadership Development Program, I attended a graduation ceremony organised by Aptiv, during which I received an award for excellence.I was offered a position within the Global Business Solutions team, where I have quickly taken on more responsability.- Developing Business Process Models, User Stories & Product Backlogs.- Analyze business issues & data challenges for organization improvement, leading to process automation and increased efficiency.- Responsable for creating "Application Playbooks". "How-to" guides for other IT Application Owners on the running of specific applications, including details such as Application Governance, Disaster Recovery Plans, License Management etc.As well as this, since leaving the the Aptiv graduate program, I was asked to rejoin it as a committee member and supervisor. This entails:- Organizing training for graduates- Discussing progress of graduates with their managers as well as one on one sessions with the graduates.- Creating assignment plans with functions who wish to take on a graduate in the coming year.- Conducting interviews for new graduates and interns.- Developming the roadmap plan for the program.

My time with the Aptiv IT Leadership Development Program (LDP) was one of the most educational experiences of my life. The program consists of 3 years focusing on 3 different areas of the Aptiv IT business:IT Business Analysis/Business Relationship Manager| June 2020 - Aug 2021:- Aiding team in adopting Microsoft Teams across the Aptiv Organization, giving instructional trainings & becoming a Champion User.- Successfully rolled out BDE(Operating data acquisition) in two sites in EMEA.- Supported Salesforce CoE initiatives, developed roadmap for adoption.IT Project Delivery/Operation Change Manager| Aug 2021 - Oct 2022:- In this year, I was made responsable as the  Operation Change Manager responsible for the migration to SAP for Aptiv’s most profitable plant in EMEA. This included: conducting impact assessments, managing open actions, performing training needs analysis, manage training resources, communicate & organize Key User training, aiding the business in monitoring the processes in the plant & supervising a team to create training material for 550+ users.- Managed the project portfolio of S&PS (Signal & Power Solutions) along with other project managers. This included adopting and working on existing projects managers as well as initiating some of my own. Highlights of these projects include setting up a new manufcturing site in Morocco, as well as helping to stand up a multi-year digitalisation project.Network Security Manager | Oct 2022 - July 2023:- For my third rotation, I spent time with the Local Area Networking team in Aptiv Dublin.- During this time, I upgraded Cisco WAPs to EMEA Controller 4 from Controller 3, working with plant IT Managers across EMEA.- I also took part in the Global LAN refresh project, providing updated hardware for plants worldwide, leading to improved security and optimization.- During my time on the team, I would also weekly manage the networking equipment inventory which is managed through our Dublin office.

Interviewed and chosen to work as part of the Finance It team in Aptiv as a Business Analyst intern.I worked on many large projects over the 6 months I was interning at Aptiv, details available on request.

Following a reccommendation from the general manager, I was trained in as a bar staff in the RCYC club bar. This was in preparation for Cork Week 2018, during which I was given a great amount of responsibility, including overseeing the outside bar.

After talking to the previous Head Instructor, he encouraged me to apply to be a Head Instructor in the year of 2017.I was interviewed and chosen from other candidates to be the Head Instructor for the RCYC in 2017.This gave me many new responsibilities, including:o Designing a course syllabus for the summer of 2017/2018o Going over and updating the Procedural and Safety Documentation which govern the Policies of the club.o Managing the Interviewing process and picking out the Candidates for Instructors, which this year included over 40 applicants.o Assigning resources to different courses running throughout the Summer.o Managing and Ensuring the Safety of all Trainees on the Sailing Course which last year included more than 300 trainees over the course of the Summer.o As well as Keeping the Trainees Safe, making sure the Instructors follow the Policies and Safety Procedures laid out by the club, to ensure everyone is kept safe.o Liaising with The Club Manager and Facilities Manager of the club to ensure the sailing course did not affect the day-to-day running of the club.As well as work in the RCYC on weekdays, I also worked as Head Instructor in Cobh Sailing club on Saturdays, where I had many of the same responsibilities, albeit in a much smaller club.My time as a Head Instructor has taught me a lot, including being punctual, organised, friendly and approachable, but the most important thing I learned is the need to be passionate in what you are doing, as it made the time I have been working at the RCYC much more enjoyable for me, and I hope for everyone else.

• At age 17 Interviewed to be Sailing Instructor at the Royal Cork Yacht Club.• Over the course of 2 summers I Instructed over 200 trainees between the ages of 4 and 17.• In my second summer, I was appointed Level Head to manage the 5 other instructors on my level and have a further degree of responsibility. This included making sure the course plan set out by the Head Instructor was followed and that everyone on my level was happy and safe.

Worked as an Assistant Sailing Instructor.This entailed helping the Instructors coach the trainees and doing various odd-jobs within the club
