Currently being the main responsible for Global recruitment projects with worldwide exposure, managing senior stakeholders from Malaysia, UK and Mexico to provide business partnering and talent advisoring to HR and Functional areas.

Constantly communicated with internal clients from several functions, such as: HR, Sales and Operations to provide accurate data and an excellent customer service.

In charge of executing an exhaustive quality audit process for all employee files in BAT Venezuela within administrative functions, establishing connection between involved areas and managing senior stakeholders. Audit was conducted using ISO 9001 Quality Standard to ensure company's re-certification in this matter, and involved high communication with HR and Operations functions to achieve it. Re-certification was successful and exceeded previous qualifications.

Processes involved sourcing and CV screening, applying and analyzing psychological and psychometric tests, face to face interviews, pre-employment process, job offer and job contract management, training and on-boarding, conflict resolution and monthly evaluations.
