Responsibilities:• Recruiting passive candidates for difficult to fill roles and locations through resume mining, cold-calling, and internet searching techniques.• Researching relevant job boards, university/alumni postings, professional organizations, ect to gain positive exposure for the client that I support and the roles and locations that I am assigned.• Screening resumes of all who apply to locate qualified applicants to reach out to.• Conducting technical and behavioral based phone screens daily of qualified applicants to gain additional clarity regarding qualifications.• Constant communication (written and verbal) with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great candidate experience. • Constant communication (written and verbal) and relationship building with hiring managers of all roles that I own to ensure an effective and efficient hiring process.• Assistance with interview scheduling, if needed.• Debriefing with hiring managers regarding candidate interviews, and providing consultative feedback regarding feedback and candidate follow up procedures.• Managing data housed in the Applicant Tracking System that I am working with to ensure complete feedback, notes, and proper applicant flow are recorded. Ensuring OFCCP compliance, if applicable to the specific client.• Assisting with the offer process: distribution of written and verbal offers to qualified candidates.• Assisting and guiding candidates through the onboarding process up through their first day of work to ensure seamless transition from the hiring process through their actual first day of employment.
