Being responsible for logistics is only as fun as how much visibility you have into your inventory while it is moving, that is where Vizion comes in.I joined Vizion to be a driving force at the ground level helping to design, analyze, and implement process and structure across the organization. My focus is making our customers as successful as possible when it comes to supply chain visibility.

I own and manage the Voice of the Customer program further adding to the insights and data that I am able to blend with our operational data for even more rich CX insights. My background in qualitative data capture and analysis has allowed me to implement an industry leading VoC program which in turn gives my team the ability to gather even more focused data to not only identify improvement opportunities but to monitor and control the success of previous efforts as it pertains to our policy holders.

Listed as 1 of 2 inventors on a provisional patent filed by and for Homesite in regard to an idea generated while competing in an internal company wide product enhancement competition.

I've scouted the country side for people other people want. I brought qualitative study participants in, set them up for success, and when the time came I then put them into the user experience feedback machine that is YouEye. I sourced, I cared, and I maintained.YouEye brought me on board as they got settled into their new offices in Mountain View, California to help not only source quality participants from established panel companies but to build a panel of tens of thousands diversified participants that were willing to utilize YouEye's industry changing qualitative feedback collection software and methodology. Once we began to scale our internal panel I began scaling our sourcing team to better provide support for anyone participating in a YouEye study. It was this teams job to be sure the correct participants were found, guided, and ultimately compensated for their thoughts and feelings that they shared with us. While overseeing sourcing and completion of studies with YouEye I also provided research expertise compiling and reporting findings to clients including eBay, T-Mobile, Seagate, Target and more. I acted in a research role for 6 months while we built out our dedicated research team.

WishSimple, a great foot in the door in Silicon Valley. A quick stint of late nights and rapid iterations of an idea brought developed by two friends brought great experience at a rapid rate. While I toiled over the idea at hand, possible competitors, and an ultimate direction for WishSimple Shaun Chapman, WishSimple's CoFounder, toiled over development and design of the web application as well as features like none you've seen before. After being approached by a larger company our skill sets were put to use under a new company and WishSimple remains a back burner project.

As an assistant golf professional at a top Utah country club I brought top service to our members from lessons to helping them with the journey to find those perfect golf clubs. I trained outside staff, managed tournaments and sold/ordered merchandise.
