I have been a Barristers Clerk for 17 years. I am the 1st Junior Clerk at Becket Chambers which is a Barristers set based in 5 locations throughout the South East, namely Canterbury, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Dartford and Brighton. I assist the Senior Clerk with the day to day management of Chambers.I am responsible for the allocation, distribution and development of work for members of Chambers, diary management, fee negotiation and all areas of billing. I also support the Senior Clerk with the annual review of Members practices and aspects of Chambers Marketing. I am also an accredited Direct Access Clerk.We specialise in a wide variety of areas of law including Employment, Contract, Property and other Civil law.
