Summer 2016 I interned at UBS as a Cash Management Intern, where I reported end of day balances across over a dozen countries globally and investigated discrepancies should they have come up. After that experience I decided to go into the world of business, changed my major to Organizational Communication and through working in Human Resources at a non-profit I shifted towards Human Resources. Summer 2017 I worked in Diversity Recruiting at Bloomberg, where I analyzed recruiting data to advise on next actions for the emerging Diversity Recruiting team to take to find and retain diverse talent. Summer 2018 I interned for Bank of America as a Compensation Intern, where I helped with the Mid-Year Compensation Review for our Analysts in Global Corporate & Investment Banking, and advised on buyouts and compensation offers for new hires ranging from the Analyst to Executive level.Upon receiving an offer to return to Bank of America I joined their Human Resources Development Analyst Program, a two-year rotational program that focuses on developing skills through spending one year within two different areas of Human Resources. I started as an Analyst within the Campus Recruiting team where I supported initiatives across all businesses ranging from on-campus events and final round interviews, to onboarding and program management during our first virtual internship. I helped with all of these processes while supporting the Campus team by providing team updates and tracking executive referrals. In my second rotation I was an Analyst within the Employee Experience team, the team responsible for sending our annual employee experience survey to all 225,000+ employees across the globe. I was a part of survey preparation, providing analytics to managers of small teams to the C Suite, and monitoring who had access to this sensitive data.I am currently in a Process role supporting our Credit businesses, the Latin America region, and our Employee Engagement survey. I am focusing on improving my ability to analyze and tell a story with data, honing my attention to detail, and effectively multitasking simultaneous processes at once.
