Responsible for creating social media materials, print assets, advertising, web materials and other digital assets to promote student-led initiatives and client projects as part of the Communications and Creative teams. Responsibilities include:- Creating engaging and well-designed creative assets to promote USC initiatives via print, social media, advertising, web, and other digital channels (i.e., event posters, digital screen assets and graphics for social media channels)- Work closely with USC Interns, Associate Vice-Presidents and Coordinators to create and promote digital assets. Attend planning meetings to discuss, brainstorm, and timeline upcoming campaigns. Provide expertise in the creation of effective promotional materials- Tracking and managing workflow, manage change requests, and delivering products on time while adhering to USC brand guidelines, bylaws, policies and procedures

Assisted Graduate Chair, Assistant Dean and Program Assistants on tasks crucial to administration of Health and Rehabilitation Science graduate programs. Responsibilities include:- Managing room requests, plan of study forms, and student contact information, ensuring accurac and compliance with university procedures and policies- Orchestrating convocation and orientation activities as lead planner/host, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills- Facilitated logistics, including thesis exams, streamlining administrative processes and coordinated seminars and courses- Oversaw student communications, newsletters and logistics for multiple departments
