Since graduating from Moscow State University in 2007, I have pursued a diverse career in three main areas: psychometrics, psychotherapy, and academic research in general psychology.PSYCHOMETRICS & HR-TECHI spent 15 years in the R&D department, gaining valuable experience across various roles. During this time, I successfully developed and validated five original personality tests tailored for employees, along with creating numerous custom versions. My responsibilities extended beyond R&D, involving public speaking, workshops, and seminars, as I served as the product owner for an online testing platform and head of the knowledge tests division.In 2020, I founded HIGHLIGHT, an HR-tech startup that helps decision-makers and teams quickly and engagingly build a shared vision, leading to better decision-making.PSYCHOTHERAPYSince 2015, I have been drawn to Landscape Analytics, an approach involving outdoor group psychotherapy sessions that resemble transformative journeys. Rooted in the phenomenology of human-landscape interaction, Landscape Analytics has proven highly effective in aiding individuals in coping with personal crises.ACADEMIAIn 2020, I commenced a Ph.D. program, allowing me to delve deeper into my interests, which include developmental psychology, history of psychology, and counseling psychology. Alongside my studies, I organized three transdisciplinary conferences and established the "Living Landscape" community, focused on human and territorial co-development. Presently, I also work as a guest lecturer at the Higher School of Economy.
