HIGHLIGHT is an HR-tech RnD bureau, where we help companies to conduct bespoke organizational research. Our team consists of both psychometricians and developers. So not only do we take on the full cycle of conducting research from design methodology to presenting data, but also we can build the whole digital infrastructure for it. We strive to go beyond traditional questionaries and surveys, and try to create experience for teams and communities that helps them to understand each other's views and facilitates knowledge-sharing and bond-building. We come up with a methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches and allows us to get in-depth insights quicker.
