• Project:- Perimeter Security System Enhancements, Client: Hamad International Airport HIA – CP 69,Project Management & Construction Management: Bechtel Corporation,Main Contractor: Johnson Controls (JCI).To manage the project to the client’s satisfaction in a safe working environment whilst ensuring the delivery of a quality product within the project cost plan and to bring the project to a successful conclusion on time and in profit. Responsible for the production of an H&S/Quality Plan identifying the procedures and verifications criteria, controlling the contract prime activities. Control all Material Take-Off of materials and equipment; ensure they are carried out using the latest construction information. Ensure that a program meets the requirements of the Contract, setting out the se-quence of working in order that resources, materials and critical activities may be addressed. Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with specifications, sched-ules and drawings. Attend co-ordination meetings with client and other contractors. Ensure that all commercial, planning, quality assurance and safety departments are working in line with the main criteria “Client Contract Requirements” and to liaise with each other on a regular basis. Preparing & Taking the approvals for the “Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan, Testing and Commissioning Procedure and Operations and Maintenance Manual"​.

• Project:-PCE Upgrade at Hamad General Hospital, Hamad Women Hospital and Hamad Rumailah Hospital.Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. Preparing & Taking the approvals for the shop drawings & as built drawings. Review MEP contract requirements, MS, SOW (Scope of Work) and Quality Control procedures to make certain compliance to drawings/specifications and provide technical inputs. Preparation and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution Daily site visit and close monitoring the construction activities on site, such as Installation & termination of Electrical Panels, Cabling, Grounding & Lightning Protection Systems, lighting fixtures, Distribution Board panels, etc. Calculating Lighting Load, Power load, MCC-load and Feeder cable voltage drop Calculations according to KHRAMAA rules. Reporting back to senior official (Projects Manager) explaining the site scenario. Analyzing the complete project particulars with help of engineering Drawings. Solving the conflicts and discrepancies in between Architectural, Mechanical, and Civil & Electrical. Responsible for solving issues in shop drawings and As-built, & supervising the draftsman as per consulants/client requirement. Raising CRFI (Contractors Request for Further Information) & Variations if re-quired. Raising WIR’s (Work Inspection Request). Preparation of all materials prior to the execution of certain works, work schedule (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) and accomplishment report for billing to the costu-mer. Preparation of schedule for activities, i.e. wiring schedule, cable markings and ferruling, equipment layout etc. Have a good command on daily activities, and keeping in touch with their daily work schedule. Follow up with consultants for Site Inspections.
