Working as Service Desk Team Lead “Senior Technology Specialist”, using effective communication, technical, and analytical skills to manage projects, provides technical support including maintenance and upgrading of resources, assigns staff to resolve operational issues, and, within delegated authority, supervises support personnel.Supervision and leadership:• Initiates disciplinary process, with the consultation of Service Manager and Human Resources, to comply with the policies and standard best practices. • Manages and allocates workload when necessary and help define priorities. • Provides leadership by disseminating information, providing feedback, advising and mentoring.Service Level Management:• Onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users. • Collaborate with network / Infrastructure administrators to prevent system downtime. • Software/hardware/network troubleshooting. • Preparation and communicating of service outage notifications to all users.Quality Management:• Ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform quality work on all service requests.System/Application/Network Support:• Responsible for all Windows administration duties such as joining to the Domain, troubleshooting Windows XP/7, user accounts, computer accounts, groups and printer objects. • Installation and maintenance of Windows OS, MS Office 2003/2010, PGP Desktop, Email Client – MS Outlook and other Productivity Applications. • Install and maintain the File and Print Server. • Preparing of technical documentation, which included installation and troubleshooting procedures for various vendor specific applications for the support staff and for users throughout the company including Blackberry, PGP Encryption, Client Rollouts, Migration Steps, etc. • Installation and Configuration of Cisco IP Desk Phones and Cisco Unity Voice mailbox. • Installation and configuration of Mobiles for Emails (Windows Smart Phones and Blackberry).

• Installation of Computers (servers and desktops) at customer. • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and administration of server environment including Windows 2000/2003 active directory, MS Exchange server 2000/2003. • Racks mount server installation and configuration with HP Management Tools. • Hardware troubleshooting by verifying from HP Management Tools / HP System Insight Manager. • Symantec File system Antivirus configuration for all servers and desktops. • Antivirus configuration for Microsoft Exchange 5.5/2000/2003 providing desktop and application support to all users. • Installing and configuring Network printers.
