-Responsible for all IT Infrastructure Solutions, IT Security and Operations.-Developing & Managing IT budgets and expenditure on hardware, software maintenance, products & services.-Implemented and managing the Complete IT Infrastructure from scratch for the company from project stage.-Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.-Managing the IT Infrastructure comprising of Servers, ERP, HRMS, Backup, Network and Data Centers.-Implemented and managing Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Active directory, DHCP, DNS and WSUS services-Implemented, managing Office365 Exchange online Email Server and outlook client configuration.-Implemented and managing Fortinet, SonicWall & Draytek Firewalls for Internet Gateway security and internet access. Troubleshooting WAN and VPN configuration, creating inbound and outbound access policies.-Implemented and managing Dell & HP RAID Servers & NAS, regularly updating BIOS Firmware.-Implemented and managing Antivirus Server to provide workstation and servers security.-Supporting different ERP client and server level troubleshooting.-Developing and Managing Software Programs to automate the business process and improve efficiency.-Implemented and managing Veeam, Symantec, EaseUs, Acronis, Iperius & Bakups for server backup on NAS and LTO tapes.-Implemented, Managing and troubleshooting VPN link for Qatar, KSA, UK & Pakistan.-Handling of all company domains, hostings, websites & Email Servers.-Implemented and managing complete security systems ie CCTV, NVRs, DVRs & Security Panels.-Implemented, managing and troubleshooting Cisco & Panasonic IP Phone system with phone attendant, local and international dialing group, and extension based call logging and reporting.-Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery, User and IT Manuals.-Reporting to the Chairman and CFO of the Company.

-Installation, configuration, monitoring and supervision of server systems, Window Server 2003, 2008 & 2012 & 2016, DHCP, Domain, RDS, ADS, Web & Database servers. -Installation & configuration of RAIDs on Dell & HP servers & NAS. -Responsible for designing, planning and implementing secure networks LAN/WAN and implement best IT practices throughout the Organization and configuring of Routers, Wifi Connectors, VLANs, switches and wireless bridges. Network Security, integration of Vigor, sonicwall and fortigate firewalls.-Distinction in planning, designing and coordinating the implementation of SAN Storage Boxes & DSRs (Dell PowerVault NX3100, NetVault, HP MSA2040 SAN, Tape Storage, Symantec Backup Exec 2010 & 2014, HP Provliant DL360, HP Storeonce 2700, HP ConvergedSystem 240-HC StoreVirtual System for creating virtualized environment using VMware Vsphere tools.-Complete evaluation of ERP solution for the Group for Retails, Productions, Distribution, Catering, Real Estate, Trading, Auto Repairing, Hypermarkets and restaurants and writing of RFQs & RFPs.-Implement complete ERP solution for Hospital Management System in one of our medical center with booking system and with SMS marketing system and with further integration with HO ERP system.-Meet with clients to determine requirements; work with them to define the scope of a project, clarify client's system specifications and understand their work practices and nature of their business.-Maintaining of domain and hosting and email services.Handling Avaya IP Office & Panasonic KX TDA600 IP Phone, 200 & 100 System to control Phone calls, mailboxes and costing of calls etc.-Preparing user guides, presentations and manual for operating IT equipment and softwares and conducting online interviews and meetings from all over the worlds though different softwares.In Vehicle Monitoring System – IVMS AdministrationCCTV Security and IT Procurement etc
