I conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants for final approvals while maintaining effective collaboration across various disciplines. My duties include preparing daily reports, site inspection reports, and work inspection reports (WIR) to track progress and compliance.I execute and supervise the installation of critical systems, HVAC system, including water pipes, storm pipes, potable water systems, and fire protection (FF) systems with sump pump systems. I also oversee hydro tests and gravity leak tests for all piping systems to ensure their integrity. Additionally, I prepare quality control (QC) documents for consultant review and ensure all work activities adhere to the specified project design and standards.

South Korea

Served as an R&D Engineer in the Chiller Group within the Air Conditioning Division of LG Electronics at the South Korea main plant from October 2010 to November 2011. In this role, I contributed to the development of water-cooled and air-cooled screw chillers, as well as cassette-type fan coil units (FCUs) and variable air volume (VAV) boxes. My responsibilities included conducting research, designing prototypes, performing testing and analysis, and ensuring that all products met industry standards and customer specifications.
