( Madagascar)- Responsible for all HR related matters for sister companies ( AfricaMed & KazaCare/ Care Collective )-Data Protection Officer of Les Gaz Industriels Ltd- Responsible for the recruitment process of expatriates ( Lodging, Accomodation, Fire & Health clearance, etc )

Develop and monitor the HR system and policies of the different sister companies of Kalis Investment Ltd.• Train new HR officers and monitor their work.• In charge of the payroll process for all Top managers, directors and key staffs.• Plan/organize & all internal and external trainings of the group• Follow up on all training evaluations of the group of companies• Work along with the Quality Managers for ISO procedures and with Health and Safety Officers for any health and safety issues.• Work in collaboration with the legal department, for Disciplinary Committees and trade union issues.• Member of Kalis foundation (CSR projects) and Kalis Welfare team and sustainability team.• In charge of all follow ups concerning expatriates issues and procedures in the group.• Develop and monitor HR procedures.• Monitor and ensure that the group’s code of ethics and equal opportunity policy is followed in all the sister companies.• Monitor the recruitments of the group and perform key staff / manager interviews.• Carry out Performance Management System along with HR officers and head of departments.• Follow changes in the labour laws and ERA and send reports to the board.
