• Handling end to end recruitment Life cycle.• Understanding Requirements from clients, Sourcing CV from portals, reference, Network, and through head hunting.• Validating CV’s & Job posting.• Making corresponding with candidates and clients.• Arranging Interview with Clients & Co-coordinating with the consultants for the various requirements.• Giving a clear feedback about the short listed and rejected profiles.• Sending the MIS reports to the Head of Recruitment and to other Service Delivery Leaders regarding the recruitment process happened on a weekly and monthly basis.• Hands on Experience in the referral Program.

Job Responsible • Understanding client requirements, Preparing Interview scheduled.• Procuring Leads / Candidates for the requirements.• Preparing the Advertisement according to the requirement.• Sourcing of profiles by visiting job portals, LinkedIn, head hunting, candidate referrals, job posting and company database• Screening and short listing the CV's in response to advertisement and our database.• Sending suitable CV's to respective clients. Acknowledgement and follow up's with the client about CV's.• If offer is accepted by the candidates' then proceeding for their further visa process with all related paper works to reach them to their destination.• Maintaining a file for each candidate including their all necessary documents. Like Passport, Medical report, Attested Degree certificates & Photographs etc.
