Coordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for regular & break down maintenance activities & ensure timely renewal of all AMCs.• Periodical analysis of fuel and power consumption & Stock Maintenance.• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Management reports.• Responsible for Housekeeping Services & liaisoning with Vendors.• Looking after Pantry Services, Cafeteria Services, etc.• Making Preventive Maintenance Schedules.• Responsible for providing all the necessary documents for the timely renewal of Hazards waste license, Air Consent, Water Consent, etc.• Coordination with Security, Housekeeping & Technical Vendors for deployment, attendance, billing & related issue solving.• Control over Staff and Distribution of work.• Conduct Training for the entire team members to develop technical as well as interpersonal skills.• Developing checklists and logbooks and supervision of their proper implementations.• New Leased Floor renovation as agreed with Tenants. Execute the entire renovation work, Electro-mechanical, IT, Civil, Interior work procuring quotations, negotiation & Co-ordination with Tenants & vendor who worked at the floor• Exploring all the expenses against common area maintenance & Calculation of CAM• Coordination with Tenants to meet their requirements as per terms of the agreement.

 Responsible for Planning O&M, Installation, commissioning, Testing & smooth running of all Electrical Machineries & Equipment of Buildings i.e. Substation Including Transformers, Switchgears, D.G Sets, HVAC Systems i.e. .Chiller, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Tower, Elevators, R.O, Water Softener, Pump House, Fire Fighting Systems i.e. Hydrant, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers Fire Alarm
