Established MEGAPLUS Africa ltd in Kenya and elevated revenue from zero to 1 million $ in 18 months. Executed business development strategies and expanded customer base in east Africa by building and maintaining rapport and identified new opportunities. It required market trends awareness to enhance strategic decision-making, Mature leads negotiate with customers (government and corporate sectors), Identify suitable solutions, Financial management and support Audits. I carried out consultancies with private and UN agencies.

A 5 Million $ project to design, deploy CPRS with the help of ministry of Interior and UNDP. Features are registration and connectivity with local Banks to release salaries. I accomplished following tasks, executed project by designing solution, Installed system’s at police stations, Trained operators, Developed Manuals and troubleshooting guides which were translated into local language.

The prospects were to identify and enroll imprisoned youth from all 3 states of Somalia. I developed the project plan addressing resources, cost control, risk assessment and deployment. Then Iris registration system also capable of issuing ID card was deployed. Added responsibilities were Project Management, budgeting technical support to the teams in the field and reporting, together with coordination and communication with local ministries and NGO’s. I worked with Ministry of interior and local police during the project. Several guides and manuals were developed and translated into Somali Language.Achievements: Successful deployment of the project, enrollment of over 10,000 youth in the community program, training of 50 local staff and capacity building of local actors to continue operation.

The prospects were to deploy biometrics enabled registration system, identify those receiving financial assistance, and assist reintegration process. It required a registration system integrated with iris and facial recognition technologies capable of printing ID Cards and produce multipurpose reports. I developed project plan addressing application assessment, risk assessment, budget and operational activities to accomplish key milestones. I helped drafting budget for year 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Frequent activities included multidimensional reports sharing providing different perspectives and consistent communication with actors at all time. I Established excellent relationship with stakeholders including NGO’s, World Bank and government UEPN-DDR (Unité d’Exécution du Programme National) “a semi government office which required special diplomatic skills.Key achievements were registration of over 120,000 Ex-combatants, capacity building of local government and management of 120 local and 6 international staff members.From Jun 2007 - Jul 2007: Led the team in Afghanistan to support the (registration of Citizen’s) election process using IRIS and Face recognition Technologies. The deliverables were deploying registration system, Training of local staff on using the system and capacity building of the local actors.
