Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources to achieve daily production target. Designing and implementing systems, & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhance operational efficiency. ERP (Fact&SAP) implementation in production and planning & maintained in day to day basis. Implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions in the manufacturing line to enhance productivity & profitability. Continuous improvement for cost reduction in manufacturing expenses product wise by suggesting plant modification, best manufacturing practices / first pass yield / compounding etc. Identifying capacity limitations & de-bottlenecks of process problems, plant upsets, reasons for production shortfall for taking cost effective corrective action. Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, stores & tool room. Apply Integrated Management System (ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO9001:2015 ISO14001:2015, OHSAS18001:2007 and BAMC procedures and regulations. Responsible for suggestion, kaizen activities & safety rules. Ensure Plant & Manpower Safety and adhere the all the Safety protocol as per the Safety standards / SOP. Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, maintain production goals and reduce inventory carrying costs. Prepare and send periodical manufacturing reports and performance analysis that reflects the work progress summary to the management. Making sure that products are to the highest grade and production standards.

Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, lead, and direct the manufacturing processes – Main Extrusion Dept. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements and workflow. Controlling the workers and utilize them in an effective way to complete the job within the time span. Planning day to day activities and communicate with the Production Planning & Control department for proper material availability. Daily basis entries in Ramco ERP ( Production order creation, Goods Issue activities) Involved in Root Cause analysis with Quality dept. to solve major Non Conformity (NC) Enhancement of skill, practical assessment of technical employees on Extrusion.  Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
