 Technical Documentation preparation for Pre-Qualification and technical proposals.  Keep and maintain record in hard copy of tender documents, submitted bids ad working files. Provision of necessary support in handling & compiling bid document. Arranging Data into Technical & Commercial documents and compile complete Bid package. Circulation of incoming and outgoing mail to the relevant department / personnel marked by the Manager. Allocation of unit and area-wise numbers for an easy and quick traceability of document. Make documents log sheets. Maintenance of documents in filing system according to specified document category. Placement of documents according to unit/ serial numbers in sequential order for quick traceability. Receipt of Documents/Drawings through Client/Contractor/Subcontractor Transmittals. Assist as the main person for the all the documentation requirements of the Proposal / Business Development.
