Roles and Responsibilities:Supervise the planning and protection coordinators and ensure the plan should meet the customers need.Responsible for the arrangement of every logistical elements of events food, room setups, music etc.Supervised day to day ware house activities relating to successful eventsAttended weekly and meetings to discuss upcoming events and current eventsReported directly to the general managerDiscussed specific requirement and expectation concerning the events with clientsManaged and developed a strategic plan of action to ensure that the cost of the event remains under the pre-determined budget.Searched and negotiated suitable venues or locations as per the requirement and budgetary constant of clientWork on determining a suitable layout and theme for even a per client’s specificationConfer with clients to determine their needs for planning wedding eventsDetermine allocated budgets and provide clients with information on what can e done with in the budgetProvide client with information on how a wedding events can be managed with in the allocated budgetAccompany clients to different venues and assists them in choosing the right eeManage supplier relationship.
