Responsible for Oracle Service Cloud load balancer and workload management strategies. Developed a services to streamline deployment topology, routing and ingress workload.In charge of product integration strategies and integration with other Oracle technologies and SaaS applications. Ownership of the successful delivery of components for Oracle Service Cloud Infrastructure in different areas from server workload management.Worked closely with Product Management, Architecture board & operations during product development life cycle.

Recruited, mentored and managed a team of 11 engineers, spread across 3 Scrum teams in charge of delivering key projects for the Service Cloud.Developed Single Sign-On and Integration strategy for Oracle Service Cloud, and added SAML2, OpenID authentication and OAuth2 authorization to Oracle Service Cloud that enabled internal and external apps to integrate with the product.Liaised with multiple Oracle teams to drive progress and provided SSO architecture and technical guidance to new product lines such as OKCS, OSN, OPA, and Browser UI to run successfully with Oracle Service Cloud IDP. Worked as SCRUM Master, managing priorities and project schedules across different teams while maintaining strong development practices such as code reviews, automated testing and a high quality design.

Responsible for architecting, designing and implementing multiple features for a wide range of products including Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Beehive and Oracle Collaboration Suite 10g.

Ported WinCE BSP to different Symbol devices, and developed embedded applications for WinCE devices.
