A key achievement includes rectification, overhauling, startup & stabilization of Unit 3 to improve generation from 500MW to 600MW full load (20% upgrade) thereby reducing the cost of external power purchase for fulfillment of Aluminium smelter.3. Vigilant monitoring of all the parameters and adept at handling critical emergencies ensuring smooth operation of plant.4. Performing root cause analysis of breakdowns/ equipment failure occurring in the plant and taking corrective measures for improving the availability of the plant.5. Planning and implementing various predictive/preventive maintenance schedules of available equipment with the Maintenance Engineer to increase machine uptime and reliability.6.
