• Media requests were often for individuals not familiar with what data was appropriate for their articles, this required personal judgement and market knowledge to determine what was appropriate for respective articles.
• Had to be aware of residential value and property data trends throughout Australia so that data quality could be independently verified through market knowledge and reports could be completed to a high standard.
