A state-of-the-art poultry processing facility with the capacity of 12000 Birds/hour has been set up and it is most modern & largest facility in the sub-continent, at present.My major responsibilities are as follow:• Managing overall recruitment and selection of manpower (Management & Non- Management)Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. • Conducting Orientation of newly hired employee• Doing Documentation of employees and managing personal files• Doing Exit Interview of Employees• Drafting HR related polices in the organization• Co-ordinates with HOD on restructuring of company organization and grading structure• Performance appraisal of employees (Management & Non-Management)• To design Compensation plan of newly hired• Handling the complete process of medical of newly inducted employees• Generate recruiting Statistics and other reports as required and giving presentations.• Coordination with IT team in developing ERP payroll module• Day to day HR operations

• Manage HR Responsibilities and design the Recruitment & Selection process.• Identify effective recruitment channels to post openings, and reach out to active and passive talents.• Maintaining employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.• Working on implementation of HRMS system and attendance software• Help in motivating existing employees in meeting their goals efficiently and effectively.• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.• Arrangements of interview for new candidates.• Intimate MIS and Admin for giving or Disabling the facilities • Administering and monitoring new hire orientation programs• Working and providing assistance in performance appraisal process. • Coordinating for providing Medical insurance facility to employees • Preparing and sharing HR reports with Senior Management• Responding to various issues and inquiry from managers and employees.

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.• Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.• Create job descriptions.• Work for creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and head-hunting and manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct Interviews of candidates after short-listing.• Maintain all applicants and interview data CMS(Human Resources Information System HRIS).• Performing reference and background checks for potential employees.• Presentations to CEO and other Relevant staff about Work in progress.• Giving orientations and trainings to recruitment trainees.• Perform other special projects as assigned.
