I have worked as a 'Technical lead' on the Digital Transition Program. This was a 2-year program to shift our main productivity suite from Google Workspace to AZURE, so that we become more aligned with the ‘Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) blueprint’. In the process we have also improved our levels in the ‘Essential Eight Maturity model.’ Due to agile nature of the program, I got to engage with the stakeholders, vendors, change management and corporate communication teams on the daily basis. I have worked with our data team to design efficient redundant solutions, create pipelines, Power-Bi reporting and Machine learning environment.Additionally, as part of the program, I have integrated many industry standard tools and solutions like:• Zscaler: A zero trust network solution to make our 'Work from home' model more secure.• AvePoint: Transition to Microsoft environment came with governance, backup and records management challenges. That we addressed by procuring Avepoint solution.• Sensei Empower PPM: Project management solution• FreshService: Data/Performance team and HR ticketing management solution• ConvergePoint: Conflict of interest disclosure solution
