    As Senior Project Manager for Siemens (contractor to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Project Management and Engineering program) my duties include providing Technical and Physical Security Systems (TSS) upgrade project management and oversight from inception to closeout, at U.S. facilities worldwide, averaging 25 projects per year. Coordinate with other agencies to include the Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO) contract and subcontract personnel, monitoring project progress to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another; which include setting and meeting project deadlines, resource management of personnel and material, change management with RFC requests, risk management by having secondary mitigation plans in place, coordinating milestone activities using project management software, and ensuring reviews and approvals are obtained with accurate submission of deliverables. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, conduct meetings and presentations to all stakeholders, and respond to client’s requests and questions to include complex issues with appropriate solutions. Considered an expert in the development of long range project strategies, and have independently applied and instructed team members. I perform independently; proactively resolve routine and non-routine problems. Have a wide experience base coupled with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills which bring confident and broad skill-base into the DS/FSE/PME organization.
