▪ Making energy reports for the Executive Office including evidence of volumes and trading prices across the European Markets to determine the current and future impact;▪ Responsible for the licensing process of AIK Group companies and for the conclusion of the necessary contracts with the market operators to become fully active in the European countries concerned;▪ Responsible for the registration process of AIK Group companies in trading platforms targeted both power and gas sector;▪ Responsible for communicating with the contracted translation office and notary office and keeping track of all translated and notarized documents;▪ Offering support to the legal department for the preparation of various documents (proxies, notifications, declarations, etc.);▪ Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients and partners;▪ Helping in defining the strategy and business plan of the company in the new markets that the company is interested to expand its activities; ▪ Searching for partners to perform energy market analyzes and service providers, negotiate and conclude contracts; ▪ Looking after the organization’s finances with the customers (receipts, invoices, bills, etc.);▪ Drafting, storing and verification of documentation, ensuring documents adhere to legal, organizational, and contractual policies.
