Working closely with public and private companies, both domestically and internationally, I have successfully guided them through numerous public offerings, significant acquisitions, and strategic divestitures.During my career, I have had the privilege of participating in the EY Global Exchange Program, which offered me valuable insights and expanded my expertise. From 2011 to 2013, I had the opportunity to work with the assurance practice at EY Milwaukee, WI - US.A key aspect of my role has been providing expert consultations to clients on complex areas of technical accounting guidance, encompassing both IFRS and USGAAP. This includes navigating intricate topics such as business combinations, goodwill and intangible assets, restructuring, and income taxes. Additionally, I have developed a deep understanding of internal controls, governance, and SOX compliance matters, enabling me to support clients in driving operational excellence and mitigating risk.I am currently proud to serve as the Office Managing Partner for EY's Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul office since 2023. Leading a team of approximately 300 professionals, we offer a strong practice in Assurance, Tax, and Consulting services.
