Served as the executive Officer for 96 employee department and executed all daily department operations per senior manager managed a 57 vehicle fleet and over 150 pieces equipment worth in excess of $28M.• Became the senior manager of the department of 96 employees for three months assuming the responsibility of $28M worth of equipment.• Help train 75 soldiers and then supervised the testing and evaluation of five new pieces of equipment with the visibility of the Department of Defense.• Successfully displaced the department six separate times to obscure environment with no loss of equipment or injury to personnel during two separate five week training events

Tasked and responsible for maintimg a fleet of over 450 pieces of equipment that included 38 pieces of equipment that was tracked at the Department of the Army worth in excess of $250M. • Manage the fleet of 450 vehicles at a 90% Operational Rate during two separate five week training events in which the vehicles and equipment were up to 100 miles apart.• Supervise 71 employees to conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all pieces of equipment • Plan and executed over 15 recovery mission within and outside of the organization.• Responsible for ordering and issuing all repair parts once received able to manage employees to fix vehicles and equipment within 12 hour turn around.
