In my family there were few tech savvy people to call on, and I have been glued to a computer since I first knew they existed. I have crashed pcs with viruses from unknown sources, filled the space to the brim with music downloads from questionable websites, downloaded hundreds of gigs of games and made plenty of mistakes, and I learned from them. I have fixed those crashed pcs, learned to redownload, and reinstall windows, and have been the network security for my family since the internet was introduced to our house. It is no wonder that fast-forwarded to 2022 I'm now trained on how to do all these things properly through YearUp. Learning the ins and outs of Information Technology has been eye opening and has furthered my goals of learning about cyber/network security as well. It is all coming full circle!
