In charge of all relationships for all Financial institutions in country and correspondent banking all over the world. Also handles all the non bank FIs with credit lines with the bank. Additional responsibilities also covers supervision and expansion of the banks increased business offshore through asset growth in Asia Pacific covering syndication, loan participation and trade through its Hongkong Branch as Head of Loans and Trade.Has been instrumental in raising 2 very successful debt syndication for the bank with the latest closing participated by 29 foreign banks from 8 countries . Successfully changing the mind set of the group from purely credit and support to a strategic approach by constantly cross selling the banks products to our existing correspondent banks. This resulted in an increased revenues of more than 30 % in both payments and trade. New partnerships were formed to directly remit overseas payments of Filipinos with partner banks located in the US, Singapore, Dubai, and United Emirates. More strategic partnership being sought I various countries where Filipinos are located. Increase support from our partner banks in terms of clean and trade lines to support our growing business by improving credit environment brought about by transparent and easy access to reports for our partner banks . In Hongkong, has successfully increase the loan portfolio by 4x converting previous lending from purely hongkong borrowers to Pan-Asian clients covering China, Indonesia, Singapore and India. Have grown trade 3x for both imports and exports. Provided the funding base in the form of both short tenor financing and medium term loans to support lending of the branch . Increased bottomlime of the branch by 3.5x . Branch is now a strong camels 3.Presently has a total head count of 20 comprising of 11 RMs (includes 1 in Hong Kong ) and 9 staffsLiving and practicing our objective "We find ways".

Acted as the CFO for the group covering locations in China, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia . - was part of the team who led the preparation for IPO in 2007 which eventually abandoned due to the 2008 financial crisis- responsible for banking relationship in China, Vietnam and the Philippines- was part of the team that implemented the switch from Chinese accounting to Chinese IFRS - was part of the team that implemented the conversion to SAP - professionalize the finance groups in the different countries in dealing with banks, grew banking lines by mire than 40%.

Worked as Deputy Country Manager for the newly opened offshore branch covering the ff:- headed the corporate banking team with 2 rms lending to both multinational and local corporates.- supervise the operations of the branch covering trade and payments

As Unit Head, manages 4 account officers and 3 staffs with main responsibilities of managing both new and existing borrowing accounts under the Corporate Banking Group- handling all the export clients of the bank by providing credit, treasury marketing, trade and cash management expertise .- handling the Japanese and Indian relationships of the group focus on expanding coverage .
