Responsibility for supporting the Structural Engineering Operations team in maintaining the structure of the AT&T tower portfolio by managing AT&T tower modifications, TIA inspections, and tower maintenanceprograms.• Manage and maintain a group of approved vendors (outside consulting firms and tower crews) to performTIA inspection as per the company’s list of priorities and schedule, tower maintenance, tower modificationsand provide required reports and data per project promptly• Project manage and coordinate with vendors both verbally and in writing when necessary to make sureprojected dates of fieldwork and construction schedules and documents are completed on time• In a timely manner, review documents (TIA inspection reports, tower maintenance close-out packages,modification drawings, post-modification inspection reports, etc.)• Provided by approved vendors for thoroughness and accuracy• Update and maintain the priority list of repairs per the inspection and due diligence findings and reviewscope of repairs with the VP of structural engineering per project to ensure appropriate actions are taken tomaintain the company’s assets in good and compliant conditions• Maintain and continually update tracking of all maintenance and modifications projects• Issue weekly KPI metrics for modifications and ensure the process is executed based on the workflowdefinition and in a timely manner• Handle the necessary client communications as related to these projects• Track the maintenance and modifications budget throughout the year• Provide weekly and quarterly reports for review by the VP of Structural Engineering and Executive VicePresident Operations• Work closely with the field operations and sales/leasing teams to provide status updates on ongoingengineering projects and bring focus on high-priority tasks and projects as needed• Work with the Vice President of Structural Engineering to implement new systems to complete efficientlytasks

Tower Modifications Manager
