Answer incoming calls and evaluate the nature of the call/emergency. Attend meetings before and after shift. Receives active cases from Case management Agent Predecessor  at shift handover and prioritise follow-up required. Analyse nature of assistance  requested or further action required. Identify, implement and co-ordinate appropriate solutions. Summarise and collate case related communication in the case file. Capture details of case on Global Choices database.
