Senior Project Manager
CurrentHandle all aspects of grounds contracts in multiple locations to include Federal, state, county, and municipal locations statewide. Adhere to strict standards, following all laws and regulations while overseeing budgets, personnel, equipment and keeping executive staff abreast of all activities, problems and or opportunities. Develop and implement various management tools used to increase production, increase efficiency maintain a safe work environment and create a diverse and satisfied workforce leading to desirable financial gains. This includes but is not limited to, managing procurement activities, improving on standard operating practices, measuring and analyzing operations to increase productivity which resulted in additional dollars to the bottom line. Develop and sustain relationships with community customers, vendors, sub-contractors and partners. Maintain personnel needs for all contracts in grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and tree care operations.
